Main Duties:
WAFF-TV* is looking for a Business Office Coordinator for its Regional Business Office functions in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be experienced in a wide range of accounting tasks that support the station. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Candidate must be well organized and flexible and enjoy interacting with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment. Duties include daily log reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounting related duties. Also, candidate will be responsible for job posting, employee orientation, payroll/benefits administration, termination processing and providing confidential administrative support to the General Manager. Qualified applicants need to possess strong time management skills, multi-tasking abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Accounting and HR experience preferred.
