Main Duties:
This person will handle important HR responsibilities, including posting jobs, indoctrination of new employees, review tracking, compiling EEO reports and files, maintaining employee files, assisting in recruiting and hiring, attending job fairs, and conducting exit interviews, provide programming schedules for all three stations and programming contracts and updates in SIMS and communicate daily program changes and updates, maintain the public file and compile the quarterly issues report and all FCC uploads, prepare and send syndication and non-duplication letters, handle vehicle accident reports, workers comp claims and the OSHA report, assist with all station functions, projects and visits, and solidify community ties, help develop new revenue sources and assist with sales projects and sales relations and assist news managers with travel arrangements, expense reports, candidate and consultant visits, contracts with employees and vendors, scheduling and holiday tracking, ordering supplies, updating weather closings registrations and database.
