Main Duties:
The Director of Digital Marketing sells WALB Digital products by implementing sales plans, as well as supervising the sales Force with these plans. The DDM will also have to achieve the station digital budget by doing the following: Determine annual digital budget plans my implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and their results. Will establish digital sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for account executives as well as projecting expected revenue by AE and total local territory. The DMM will also maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors, as well as adjusting selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, and supply and demand. The DMM will maintain sales staff, by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employees. He or she will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, and participate in professional societies.
