The Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism presents a free workshop July 10 before the National Native Media Conference: Tracking Tribal Cash and Influence to Washington. The event will precede the 2014 National Native Media Conference at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara in Santa Clara, Calif.
This afternoon workshop will teach Native American journalists and others how to tap into the world of money and influence in Washington, and better understand how decisions affecting tribes and Native communities are being influenced — and who is trying to influence them.
The instructor is Russ Choma, money-in-politics reporter for the Center for Responsive Politics. Sign up here.
