- Main Duties:
- WCSC is seeking an enterprising General Assignment Reporter/MMJ to join our news team. We're looking for a team player with a strong sense of ethics, excellent verbal and written communication skills & solid news judgment to work in a multi platform newsroom. Successful candidate will be an outstanding storyteller, and have strong reporting, live shot, photography, editing and digital newsgathering skills. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a focus on important and relevant news by giving clear and informative live reports in a breaking news situation. The candidate must have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, and be flexible to work varying schedules, including holidays, evenings, mornings and weekends. 1-3 years of television news reporting experience and a degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field is preferred.
