- Main Duties:
- WCSC in Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Digital Sales Specialist. The DSS is responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising and promotions on Live5News.com and across our broad range of mobile and tablet applications. The DSS will be expected to sell a complete suite of online and mobile products across a range of businesses in the Charleston market. Responsibilities include internet advertising management, client relations, lead generation, proposal preparation and presentations to direct and agency clients. Understanding of web, mobile and text marketing, social media and internet commerce is essential. The ideal candidate will be an active user of Facebook, Twitter and other social and mobile media outlets. Position requires excellent communication, organization, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills. The DSS will be expected to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. A four-year college degree is required with a experience in new media preferred.
