Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Registrations are transferable until June 1, 2015.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. The online registration system allows attendees to update or change their personal information as needed. Once your receive your confirmation via email, you can log into Eventbrite to update any personal information on your form.
I'm scheduled to present a session during the event. Do I have to pay a registration fee?
All persons attending any session of the 2015 National Native Media Conference must be registered. Presenters, exhibitors and sponsors are not exempt from registration and applicable fees.
Can I purchase a day pass?
There are no partial or day rate registration levels available for the conference. Please consider that those only able to attend a portion of the NNMC must still register and pay the entire registration fee.
What's included with my registration?
A single registration will provide the following to each attendee: one conference bag/packet and admittance to NNMC activities, including: opening reception, plenary sessions, local host activities, exhibit hall, pre-conference sessions and the National Native Media Awards Banquet). Additional tickets to the media awards banquet and student recognition luncheon may be purchased as stand-alone items or added to online orders.
What are my payment options for registration?
As part of the 2015 NNMC online registration process, registration fees will be processed online. Mailed checks or money orders will also be accepted but must include a completed registration form for each attendee. It is important to respond to all questions in the registration form in order to expedite the registration and confirmation process. NAJA asks that attendees consider and choose a payment options before beginning the registration form online. All major credit cards are accepted.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available, although exceptions may be offered for certain circumstances. Registrations are transferable through June 1, 2015. Please email [email protected] with specific questions pertaining to refunds.
Do I have to bring a hard copy of my registration confirmation?
No. If you've registered in advance, all your information will be stored and retrievable on-site at the event.
What meals are included with my ticket?
Conference registration includes coffee during exhibitors' exclusives, dinner during the Media Awards Banquet on Saturday, July 11 and continental breakfast during the NAJA membership meeting July 12.
May I purchase stand-alone tickets to the Media Awards Banquet Saturday, July 11?
Yes. Additional Media Awards Banquet tickets are available for purchase as a stand-alone item for $85 per ticket, however, quantities are limited.
